Dr. Redus specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan, supporting adolescents, emerging adults, and adults as they navigate identity development, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming and tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, needs, and lived experiences. In addition to neurodivergent populations, she works with individuals diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, depressive disorders, and anxiety disorders.

In addition to conducting psychological evaluations, Dr. Redus provides therapy services for adults. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates behavioral skills, mindfulness, and self-compassion to assist with creating a positive mindset. She helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and self-awareness. Dr. Redus views therapy as a collaborative journey toward authentic living, supporting clients in removing emotional masks, aligning with their values, and cultivating true happiness through self-acceptance and mindful, intentional change.

In her personal time, Dr. Redus enjoys spending meaningful time with family and friends, taking long bike rides outdoors, swimming, cooking, gardening, and practicing yoga and meditation.
