Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow Location: Katy, Texas Duration: 1 year minimum Start Date: Rolling

Responsibilities:

1- Psychological Evaluations:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adolescents and adults.
Utilize standardized tests and assessment tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

2- Individual Therapy

Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adolescents and adults.
Tailor therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health concerns and promote holistic well-being.

3- Supervision

Offer supervision and mentorship to practicum trainees.
Facilitate a positive and collaborative learning environment to support trainees in their professional development.

4- Collaboration

Collaborate with other professionals within the practice to ensure holistic and integrated client care.
Participate in case conferences and team meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications:

Completion of a doctoral program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.
Eligibility for licensure in Texas
Strong background in psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Knowledge of Autism Spectrum and ADHD a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
