Individual Therapy

We provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults.

We employ a Relational, Cognitive-Behavioral approach that focuses on establishing a genuine connection with clients and collaboratively examining problematic thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns. Suggestions about healthy changes to make within each of these areas and how to implement them is the ‘work’ of the therapy process. Our goals for each client are distress reduction, expansion of coping skills, and improvement in mental and behavioral health.
