Casey Redus, M.S.

Clinician

Born and raised in Houston, Tx, Casey graduated from Lamar University located in Beaumont, TX with her Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice in 2012. In 2017, she received her Master’s of Science from Capella University located in Minneapolis, MN in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Walden University, located in Minneapolis, MN. Casey’s therapeutic experiences include working with adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties navigating through various life obstacles including challenges within their interpersonal relationships, academics, communication skills, vocational skills, and various others. She has experience helping individuals with mental health illnesses including but not limited to Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major/Persistent Depressive Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). 
 
Casey developed a passion for working with adolescents, emerging adults, and adults transitioning through various stages of their life and assisting them with increasing their quality of life through the development of a positive growth mindset. She also assists individuals with learning, identifying, and coping with adverse challenges that occur in life and assisting individuals with identifying and managing their emotions. 
 
In her leisure time, Casey enjoys engaging in social interactions with her family and friends. When she is not indulged in her studies and family time, she loves to take long bike rides outdoors, go for a swim, cook, and participate in yoga and meditation.
