Our team seeks to hold space for clients identifying as racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQIA, people of all faiths, among others.

Responsibilities:

1- Individual Therapy:
  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

2- Psychological Evaluations:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adolescents and adults.

  • Utilize standardized tests and assessment tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

3- Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with other therapists and mental health professionals within the practice.

  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

4- Professional Development
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in psychotherapy.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the practice.

Qualifications:

 
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

  • Licensure in Texas.

  • Experience in providing individual therapy to diverse populations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
